fixwisegold enables Clients to post repair requests and receive quotes from qualified handypeople. Each professional is vetted to ensure reliable assistance for tasks such as plumbing adjustments, basic carpentry, painting touch-ups, and other small home repair jobs.

3. Information Products

fixwisegold may offer digital guides, tutorials, and video materials related to home repair techniques. Details on content access and usage rights will be provided at the time of purchase.

4. Goods

From time to time fixwisegold may list physical items such as repair kits or tool accessories for sale. Product descriptions, availability, and shipping details will be clearly indicated before purchase.

5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Services

Service bookings may be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. After this period begins, bookings are non-refundable due to allocation of workforce and tool preparation. Clients may request to reschedule a service once, provided at least 24 hours notice is given. 5.2 Information Products

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the digital material has not been accessed or downloaded. Once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded, the purchase becomes final and no refund will be issued.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be shipped back in unused condition and original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Clients must send items to the address above and notify our team via the contact form. Shipping charges to send items back are the responsibility of the Client, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the item.
